  • This is very informative! I’m a coffee lover and I usually prefer my coffee cold. I didn’t know it offers several health benefits.

  • I don’t drink Cold Brew, but my wife is the Cold Brew Queen. One way that she’s really upped her Cold Brew game is by mixing medium roast with white coffee. The ground white coffee beans gives the Cold Brew a slight peanut butter taste. So here’s here recipe: 1/4 cup medium ground medium roasted beans plus 1/4 cup of medium ground white coffee.

    You may be asking what’s white coffee. White coffee is simply a very light roast. The beans range in color from yellow to gold. They have a strong nutty flavor but super super smooth (i.e. no bitter taste. The challenge is finding white coffee. My suggestions is to just search the internet for “Whole Bean White Coffee”. There are several good choices there.
